Welcome to our world of Synchro. The ConnXion has been in synch since 2004. We are coached by Tammy McKay and our Manager is Lisa Walker.

SYNCHRO's a SCREAM - 2011 Synchro's A SCREAM plans are well under way and registrations are coming in quickly. Don't miss out! Contact Lisa Walker at rlwalker@wcgwave.ca for a registration form.

Practices for the 2011-12 season are Mondays - 8:05 to 9:05pm and Thursdays - 6:15 to 7:15 am. We also have dryland sessions from 7:15-7:50 on Mondays.

We are very excited about all of our new skaters! See you on the ice!!!
